All ARC Schools are grounded in shared formation standards that emphasize spiritual maturity, doctrinal alignment, and personal responsibility. Instruction is overseen to ensure consistency, theological integrity, and healthy development across every area of training.

Pathway & Progression

  • Training at ARC is designed to unfold over time. Participants may begin with introductory or foundational learning and progress into deeper levels of formation as readiness, discernment, and maturity are demonstrated.

Recognition of Training & Readiness

ARC offers certificates of completion for select courses and training pathways. These certificates recognize faithful participation, demonstrated understanding, and completion of required assignments. Certificates affirm training received, they do not replace formation, calling, or spiritual authority.

Certificates may be issued for:

  • 8-week instructor-led courses
  • Select on-demand studies

  • Online training cohorts

Select advanced pathways and fivefold leadership tracks culminate in commissioning or ordination rather than certification, granted through discernment, spiritual maturity, and verified readiness.
