Antioch Reformation Center (ARC)

Antioch Reformation Center, Inc. is a fully online, non-denominational equipping and training center committed to forming Spirit-led leaders for lasting Kingdom impact. We build upon the apostolic and prophetic foundations of Scripture while standing firmly on the unchanging authority of the Bible. We are devoted to doctrinal clarity, leadership development, spiritual formation, and Kingdom maturity. Our purpose is to prepare, align, and deploy leaders into their spheres of assignment with integrity, clarity, dignity, and transformational influence (2 Timothy 3:16–17; Ephesians 4:11–12; Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 2:20).

ARC equips believers, reformers, and emerging leaders through structured programs, workshops, and strategic learning pathways designed to cultivate identity, discernment, personal assignment, and spiritual maturity. At the core of our formation process is the T.E.A.C.H. by ARC Mandate a proprietary, multi-dimensional training framework developed exclusively by Antioch Reformation Center to guide the preparation and deployment of leaders for Kingdom service.

The T.E.A.C.H. by ARC Mandate stands for:

  • TRAIN: Establish identity, doctrine, and foundations. Restore the inner life before responsibility is assigned.
ARC trains reformers through inner healing, identity restoration, and renewed thinking so that transformation begins at the root, not the surface. We lay spiritual foundations grounded in truth, clarity, and biblical alignment. (People are formed before they are sent.)
  • EQUIP: Develop skill, discipline, and discernment.
ARC equips believers with sound doctrine and theological clarity that guard against distortion and sustain maturity through every stage of growth. Practical skill, spiritual discipline, and sharpened discernment prepare leaders for responsible influence. (Formation becomes functional capacity.)
  • ACTIVATE: Release what has been healed and governed.
Activation at ARC is governed by timing, maturity, and alignment. Leaders learn the difference between calling and appointment, and function flows from identity rather than ambition. Only what has been healed and established is released. (Authority flows from alignment, not ambition.)
  • COMMISSION: Send with accountability and alignment.
Commissioning is intentional and ordered. Leaders are sent with spiritual covering, accountability, and a clear understanding of biblical governance so that influence is exercised with humility, integrity, and responsibility. (Sending is intentional, not assumed.)
  • HARVEST: Steward Lasting Fruit Across Generations. Harvest at ARC is the stewardship of fruit that endures beyond the builder. We prepare reformers to impact systems and culture without compromise cultivating lasting Kingdom influence through evangelism, outreach, and faithful witness.

The T.E.A.C.H. by ARC Mandate is the governing framework that directs how Antioch Reformation Center equips, aligns, and sends leaders for Kingdom impact. We exist to build healthy, skillful, Spirit-led leaders who serve with spiritual clarity, emotional intelligence, relational wholeness, and consistent character.

ARC Formation & Development Journey

The development of ARC has unfolded over two decades of prayer, study, teaching, and Spirit-led formation. What began as evangelistic training and foundational discipleship has matured into a structured equipping ecosystem designed to move believers beyond inspiration and into spiritual maturity, identity, and leadership clarity.

Early initiatives included Back 2 Basics, a discipleship program grounding believers in biblical doctrine and personal devotion, followed by evangelistic curriculum and training manuals on the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Fivefold Ministry, and Prophetic Essentials.

That mandate has expanded into a growing formation-based framework. Programs pathways such as Kingdom Cultivated cultivate emotional maturity and spiritual wholeness. Foundations of the Prophetic and Foundations of the Apostolic develop discernment, alignment, and ministry activation. Unlock Purpose Through Kingdom Discipleship strengthens character, discipline, and leadership clarity. A.C.T.S. (Apostolic Communications & Technology School) equips leaders called to serve in the mountain of media for Kingdom influence and reformation.

Antioch Reformation Center represents the next stage of this assignment; a fully online equipping center committed to forming leaders who are spiritually grounded, emotionally whole, relationally wise, and prepared for lasting Kingdom impact in ministry, the marketplace, and everyday life.

Our training ecosystem is designed for those who are serious about:

  • Identity before assignment
  • Formation before function
  • Faithfulness over fame
  • Obedience over optics

If you’re looking for shortcuts, hype, or personality-driven platforms, this won’t be your lane. If you’re ready to be built up, anchored in the Word, and prepared for service, welcome home.

The vision of Antioch Reformation Center is to advance the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, apostolic equipping, prophetic ministry, and the development of believers and leaders who are prepared to fulfill the Great Commission and serve effectively in their God-given assignments.

______________

Antioch Reformation Center exists to establish people in Christ, ground them in biblical truth, disciple them in the way of Christ, and equip them to live, love, serve, and lead faithfully wherever God has assigned them.

Our Core Beliefs

“Anchored in the Word, empowered by the Spirit, evident in the harvest.”

The One True Living God

We believe there is one God. Scripture reveals the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We affirm the biblical revelation of God without reducing its mystery to human terminology. Deuteronomy 6:4 | Isaiah 45:5–6 | Matthew 28:19 | 2 Corinthians 13:14

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the infallible, God-breathed Word of God and the final authority for doctrine, discipleship, correction, spiritual formation, and Kingdom life (2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12).

Salvation

We believe salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, producing repentance, forgiveness, new identity, transformation, and covenant life (Romans 10:9–10; Acts 2:38; John 3:16).

Water Baptism

We believe water baptism is a public declaration of inner faith, symbolizing union with Christ, repentance, and Kingdom identity (Matthew 28:19–20; Romans 6:3–4).

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates, sanctifies, indwells, and empowers believers for spiritual maturity, revelation, prayer, leadership, and godly character (John 14:26; Romans 8:9–11; Galatians 5:22–23).

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct empowerment for witness, boldness, spiritual gifts, prophetic clarity, and Kingdom assignment (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1–4; Acts 10:44–48).

Spiritual Gifts & Prophetic Ministry

We believe spiritual gifts including prophecy continue today for edification, exhortation, wisdom, healing, deliverance, leadership development, and revelation that aligns with Scripture and apostolic order (1 Corinthians 12:4–11; 1 Corinthians 14:1–3). These gifts empower disciples to influence generations and advance Kingdom purpose through obedience to Christ and faithful stewardship (Ephesians 4:11–13; 1 Corinthians 12:28; Mark 16:15).

Apostolic–Prophetic Foundation

We affirm the New Testament pattern of apostolic and prophetic leadership as foundational for establishing order, discipleship, sending, and Kingdom governance (Ephesians 2:20; Acts 13:1–3; Amos 3:7).

Fivefold Ministry

We believe the Fivefold ministry gifts—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—are given to equip believers for maturity, identity, service, leadership, and Kingdom assignment (Ephesians 4:11–13).

Discipleship

We believe discipleship forms believers spiritually, emotionally, doctrinally, and relationally, shaping character, accountability, boundaries, leadership, and lifestyle transformation (Romans 8:14; Matthew 28:18–20).

Healing & Deliverance

We believe Jesus continues to heal and deliver today, restoring identity, emotional wholeness, and generational freedom as part of discipleship and sanctification—not mere symbolism or performance (Luke 4:18; Isaiah 61:1; Mark 16:17–18).

Kingdom Mandate

We believe every believer is called to advance the Kingdom of God on earth through spiritual maturity, intercession, leadership development, marketplace influence, cultural formation, and community transformation (Matthew 6:10; Hebrews 6:1; Acts 13:1–3).

Our Core Values

Values that sustain reformers, mature leaders, and steward movements with integrity.

Identity Before Influence

We cultivate spiritual formation, emotional maturity, and biblical foundation before public visibility, platform assignment, or ministry responsibility.

Presence Over Performance

We honor the presence of God above personalities, platforms, pressure, or religious showmanship. Encounter, intimacy, obedience, and surrender govern our worship, gatherings, and leadership expression.

Purity in Practice

We protect leaders through consecration, accountability, emotional health, and lifestyle boundaries. Private character sustains public influence.

Honor → Dignity → Integrity

We honor God’s presence, spiritual authority, and divine assignments. We treat people, callings, and relationships with dignity, recognizing their worth and identity in Christ. We walk in integrity, publicly and privately so our leadership remains accountable, sustainable, and trustworthy. This protects our community, strengthens our witness, and reflects the heart of Kingdom reformation.

Accountability & Activation

We don’t merely teach concepts; we train leaders who apply revelation, embrace structure, and steward assignments with integrity. Activation must be paired with submission, discipleship, and measurable growth.

Covenant Relationships

We value healthy, aligned, emotionally intelligent relationships that protect identity, assignment, loyalty, and spiritual covering.

Kingdom Collaboration

We value collaboration and intentional partnership with aligned believers, working together in unity and biblical order for lasting Kingdom impact.

Innovation for Impact

We embrace media, technology, creativity, and marketplace influence as tools for evangelism, discipleship, and cultural transformation.

Leadership Wholeness

We believe leadership is formed through spiritual depth, emotional wholeness, relational integrity, and consistent alignment, not through pressure, performance, or exhaustion.

Ethical Stewardship

We strive for excellence in administration, communication, time management, and organizational clarity so that our systems, processes, and decisions reflect maturity and responsibility.

Sustainable Ministry

We build systems, programs, and leadership pipelines that prioritize longevity, legacy, healthy rhythms, administrative clarity, and spiritual rest.

Rest

We value rhythms of rest, reflection, and renewal as essential to healthy leadership and Kingdom service. Sustainable impact flows from balance, intentional pause, and personal restoration.
