School of Ministry

ARC School of Ministry prepares leaders for biblical preaching, spiritual formation, and Kingdom service across church and marketplace contexts.

Designed for believers called to serve in ministry, this School emphasizes formation with biblical clarity, spiritual maturity, and integrity. Whether one is called to preach, teach, evangelize, shepherd, lead, assist, or faithfully build behind the scenes, ARC School of Ministry provides the shared foundation every servant-leader must develop before pursuing specialized ministry expression.

ARC focuses on spiritual formation, biblical grounding, discernment, leadership development, and ministry governance. It is intentionally designed as foundational training, not office-specific instruction. Throughout these four years, students are equipped to understand the purpose and function of the fivefold ministry while developing the character, discipline, and maturity required to steward responsibility well.

Completion of the ARC School of Ministry affirms foundational theological and spiritual formation and readiness for next-level development. It does not automatically confer licensing, ordination, or placement into ministry offices. Rather, it prepares individuals to be safely trained further, as God and ARC leadership discern alignment.

Some graduates may be formally affirmed as ministers of the Gospel, having demonstrated readiness to steward the Word and serve within apostolic governance, accountability, and alignment. This affirmation recognizes faithfulness, maturity, and responsible ministry posture, not office or independent authority.

Those discerning a call to a specific fivefold office may be considered for additional, office-specific formation through ARC’s Fivefold Ministry Schools, based on discernment and readiness. These schools provide focused equipping, accountability, and supervised ministry practice, including measured deployment appropriate to each function.

Licensing, commissioning, and ordination are discerned processes, not automatic outcomes of program completion. Such authorization is considered prayerfully and responsibly, based on character, fruit, faithfulness, accountability, and alignment, not aspiration or tenure.

ARC is committed to training and equipping leaders who are rooted and grounded, governable, and prepared for long-term faithfulness. This four-year foundation ensures that those who move forward into specialized training or greater responsibility do so with wisdom, order, and biblical integrity.

ARC SOM Pathway

Biblical Literacy & Personal Formation

Year 1 establishes strong doctrinal and spiritual foundations for those called to ministry. Students are grounded in Scripture, core Christian doctrine, spiritual disciplines, and servant leadership. Emphasis is placed on identity in Christ, personal consecration, and understanding the call before pursuing expression.

This year focuses on building depth before visibility and clarity before responsibility.

.

Ministry Skills & Leadership Development

ear 2 equips students with practical ministry competencies and leadership awareness. Students develop skills in sermon preparation, biblical interpretation, communication, pastoral care fundamentals, and ethical leadership.

The emphasis shifts from personal formation to responsible preparation; learning not only what to believe, but how to serve effectively within structured ministry environments.

Supervised Ministry Practice

Year 3 moves students into guided ministry application. Under oversight, students begin functioning in preaching, teaching, assisting, administrative leadership, or ministry support roles appropriate to their calling.

This year emphasizes accountability, feedback, and practical experience within church and/or marketplace contexts. Activation is structured, measured, and evaluated to ensure maturity and integrity.

Leadership, Stewardship & Governance

Year 4 prepares students for sustained ministry leadership and long-term stewardship. Focus is placed on spiritual authority, ethical governance, leadership responsibility, and legacy building.

Students who demonstrate faithfulness, doctrinal soundness, and leadership maturity may be considered for licensing, ordination pathways, or formal commissioning based on alignment and oversight approval.

ARC's T.E.A.C.H. Mandate in Action

Completion of the four-year progression prepares graduates for responsible deployment. Harvest represents the outworking of formation through service, strengthening, and strategic multiplication within ARC initiatives and aligned contexts.
