Frequently Asked Questions

Antioch Reformation Center (ARC) is an Apostolic–Prophetic Training Center with a clear mandate: to TEACH. TEACH is ARC’s biblically grounded framework developed through prayer, Scripture, and discernment and stands for Train, Equip, Activate, Commission, and Harvest. ARC exists to form mature believers, equip leaders with sound doctrine and spiritual discipline, activate obedience and identity in Christ, commission aligned servant leaders, and produce lasting Kingdom fruit in both the Church and the marketplace.

ARC is guided by clear Kingdom priorities that shape how we TEACH leaders. We focus on identity before function, ensuring people know who they are in Christ before what they do. We emphasize formation before assignment, valuing inner transformation over premature responsibility. We cultivate character before platform, believing integrity must sustain influence. We establish governance before growth, building biblical order, accountability, and delegated authority before expansion. We activate spiritual authority through obedience and maturity, teaching leaders how to walk in Christ-centered authority without striving or self-promotion. Ultimately, we pursue reformation through disciplined obedience and spiritual maturity, trusting that lasting change flows from transformed lives aligned with God’s order.

No. Antioch Reformation Center (ARC) is not a church and not a traditional Bible college.

ARC is an apostolic–prophetic training and equipping center designed to form believers in identity, discipleship, spiritual maturity, and Kingdom assignment. We do not replace the local church, compete with it, or function as a congregational body. Instead, ARC exists to strengthen and support the local church by equipping individuals to serve effectively within their fellowships, ministries, workplaces, and spheres of influence both locally and abroad.

Unlike traditional Bible colleges that primarily emphasize academic theology or degree pathways, ARC operates as a formation-centered teaching ministry rooted in apostolic reformation. We emphasize identity before function, character before platform, spiritual governance before growth, and the practical activation of Christ-centered authority. Our approach seeks not merely information transfer, but the transformation and alignment of believers to God’s order so that lasting fruit can be established in every sphere.

Our aim is not replacement, but reinforcement by preparing mature believers who build, serve, and strengthen the Body of Christ wherever God has planted them. While we encourage connection to healthy local fellowship, ARC also serves individuals in transitional seasons as they prayerfully discern their alignment and assignment.

Antioch Reformation Center is for believers who are serious about spiritual formation, identity in Christ, and equipping for Kingdom assignment. Our trainings are designed for those who desire maturity, alignment, and long-term growth, not quick activation, title pursuit, or platform building.

ARC is for individuals who are willing to be formed before they are sent, governed before they grow, and refined before they lead. It serves emerging and established leaders, reformers, and believers who sense a call to deeper development and structured equipping.

If you are seeking transformation over hype, stewardship over visibility, and obedience over ambition, ARC may be aligned with your season.

No. ARC is not reserved for those who identify with a specific ministry office. Identity is formed through discipleship, revelation, and maturity, not through titles.

Our programs are designed for believers who sense a call to leadership, ministry, or reformative influence and are willing to undergo the process of formation before being sent. Whether you are discerning your calling or already functioning in leadership, ARC emphasizes transformation, character development, and spiritual governance over positional titles.

The focus is not on claiming an office, but on becoming mature, aligned, and equipped to serve effectively wherever God assigns you.

Yes. ARC is a non-denominational apostolic–prophetic training center. Our use of “apostolic” and “prophetic” refers to biblical function and spiritual formation, not denominational affiliation. ARC operates as an independent Christian training ministry committed to biblical order, ethical leadership, and spiritual integrity.

While participants may come from various traditions, ARC does not engage in denominational debates or theological rivalry. Our focus is on formation, alignment to Scripture, spiritual governance, and Kingdom maturity.

We encourage you to prayerfully review the description, structure, and expectations of each School and course before enrolling. Some programs require prerequisites or an application process to ensure proper alignment and readiness.

ARC is structured progressively, meaning certain Schools are designed to build upon foundational formation rather than bypass it. If you are unsure where to begin, you may contact us for guidance. We are happy to help you discern the pathway that aligns with your current season, maturity level, and development goals.

ARC’s primary focus is structured training and community formation through our Schools and courses. Mentorship and one-on-one development are not automatically included with enrollment and are offered selectively based on season, capacity, and alignment.

Dr. Wise has served for years as an ordained minister and has provided pastoral counseling and spiritual guidance within ministry contexts. ARC may offer faith-based coaching, leadership development sessions, or pastoral guidance intensives periodically. These opportunities are structured, time-bound, and application-based.

ARC does not provide licensed clinical counseling or mental health therapy services. Individuals seeking therapeutic or medical support are encouraged to work with qualified licensed professionals.

Because ARC emphasizes order and stewardship, personalized mentorship or coaching is discerned rather than assumed.

Yes certain ARC Schools and leadership tracks require an application and approval process.

While some courses are on-demand with open enrollment, our more advanced or covenant-based programs are designed to ensure proper alignment, readiness, and mutual clarity. The application process allows us to discern fit, maturity level, and developmental timing so that participants are placed appropriately within the ARC framework.

ARC values formation over speed. Applications are not about exclusivity, but stewardship to ensure that individuals enter spaces that match their current season and capacity.

ARC currently operates as an online training and equipping center. Our Schools and courses are delivered through a structured virtual learning environment, allowing students to engage from various geographic locations.

Live virtual sessions, intensives, or cohort-based gatherings will be announced as scheduled. In-person events or regional gatherings will also be announced as scheduled.
